• Performance: The 5.0L MPI (Multi-Port Injection) version typically produced around 260 hp at the propshaft. Earlier carbureted models had lower horsepower.
• Displacement: 305 cubic inches (5.0L).
• Fuel System: Available in carbureted and MPI configurations, with MPI becoming standard on later models.
• Drive Options: Used with both Alpha One and Bravo sterndrives. 

• Performance: The 350 MAG MPI version typically produced around 300 hp.
• Displacement: 350 cubic inches (5.7L).
• Fuel System: Available in carbureted, EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection), and MPI variants.
• Drive Options: Paired with Alpha One and Bravo sterndrives. For high-performance use, it was often equipped with a Bravo drive. 

• Performance:
  • The 377 MAG MPI version typically produced 320 hp.
  • Newer versions, sometimes referred to as the 
    MX 6.2L MPI

     or 6.2L V8, have a higher output of 350 hp.

• Displacement: 377 cubic inches (6.2L).
• Fuel System: Standard with Multi-Port Electronic Fuel Injection (MPI).
• Drive Options: Primarily offered with Bravo sterndrives due to its higher torque output.
