Standard 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo: This engine produces 228 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. - Towing capacity: With the available Trailering Package, this engine can tow up to 3,500 pounds.
 
- Available 3.6L V6: This engine is standard on the AT4 trim and optional on the SLT and Denali. It delivers 310 horsepower and 271 lb-ft of torque.
- Towing capacity: When equipped with the Trailering Package, the V6 allows for a maximum towing capacity of 4,000 pounds.
 
- 
SLE: The base trim includes cloth upholstery, an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and tri-zone automatic climate control.
- 
SLT: Adds leather-appointed seating, a hands-free programmable power liftgate, and an eight-speaker Bose premium audio system.
- 
AT4: Designed for off-roading, this trim comes standard with a 3.6L V6 engine, all-wheel drive with Active Torque Control, and all-terrain tires.

Denali: The top-tier luxury trim includes a standard V6 engine, 20-inch wheels, a head-up display, ventilated front seats, and a power tilt-and-telescoping steering column.
- Standard features: Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alert, Front Pedestrian Braking, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert, Following Distance Indicator, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and IntelliBeam automatic high beams.
- Other available features: A rear camera mirror, HD Surround Vision, and a Safety Alert Seat that vibrates to indicate the direction of a potential hazard.
- Windshield adhesion: A recall was issued for certain 2023 Acadias where the windshield may not have been properly bonded to the vehicle body.
- Transmission issues: Multiple recalls involved faulty or incorrectly assembled transmission components that could cause a loss of drive power or vehicle rollaway while in park.
- Infotainment problems: Some owners have reported issues with the infotainment system.
