3.6L Twin-Turbocharged V6
- Availability: Exclusive to the high-performance CT4-V Blackwing.
- Horsepower: 472 hp.
- Torque: 445 lb-ft.
- Transmission: Standard 6-speed manual or optional 10-speed automatic.
- Luxury: The base trim came standard with the 2.0L turbo engine, an 8-inch HD infotainment touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and the Cadillac Smart System suite of safety features.
- Premium Luxury: Added leather seating, ambient interior lighting, and more driver-assistance features. This trim offered the 2.7L engine and Super Cruise as optional upgrades.
- Sport: Featured a more aggressive exterior, performance front seats, and a standard leather-wrapped steering wheel with paddle shifters.
- CT4-V: Included the 325-hp version of the 2.7L engine, Magnetic Ride Control adaptive suspension, Brembo performance front brakes, and a limited-slip rear differential.
- CT4-V Blackwing: The top-tier track-focused model featured the 472-hp twin-turbo V6 and came standard with a 6-speed manual transmission.
