• Standard Engine (Luxury, Premium Luxury, Sport): A 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine is standard, producing 237 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque and paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
• Available Engine (Premium Luxury, CT4-V): A 2.7-liter dual-volute turbocharged four-cylinder is optional on the Premium Luxury trim and standard on the CT4-V. It produces 310 horsepower in the Premium Luxury and 325 horsepower in the CT4-V. Both are paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission.
• High-Performance Engine (CT4-V Blackwing): The track-focused CT4-V Blackwing is powered by a 3.6-liter twin-turbo V6 engine, which delivers 472 horsepower and 445 lb-ft of torque. It comes with a standard 6-speed manual transmission, with an optional 10-speed automatic.
• Drivetrain: Rear-wheel drive is standard across most of the lineup, with all-wheel drive available as an option. The Blackwing is rear-wheel-drive only. 

• Luxury: The base trim includes an 8-inch HD touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, and the Cadillac Smart System suite of safety features.
• Premium Luxury: Adds leather seating, ambient interior lighting, adaptive cruise control, and is available with the more powerful 2.7L engine and Super Cruise.
• Sport: Features a more aggressive exterior, alloy pedals, a performance steering wheel, and sport seats.
• CT4-V: Adds the higher-output 2.7L engine, Magnetic Ride Control adaptive suspension, Brembo performance brakes, and a limited-slip differential.
• CT4-V Blackwing

  : The range-topping trim features the 472-hp twin-turbo V6 and comes standard with a 6-speed manual transmission. 

• Anniversary celebration: The CT4-V and Blackwing trims received special badging and a unique animated gauge cluster to mark the 20th anniversary of the V-Series.
• Paint options: New exterior paint colors were introduced, including Midnight Sky Metallic for the standard trims and Velocity Red, Cyber Yellow Metallic, Coastal Blue Metallic, and a limited-edition Black Diamond Tricoat for the V-Series.
• Onyx Package: This package, available on all trims, features dark accents, gloss black wheels, and a black spoiler. 

• Infotainment: Standard features include an 8-inch HD infotainment touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A larger 12-inch digital instrument cluster is optional on higher trims.
• Driver Assistance: Super Cruise, Cadillac’s hands-free highway driving system, is available on Premium Luxury, Sport, and V-Series trims.
• Space: The interior provides decent space in the front, but the rear seats are notably cramped for a compact sedan, and the trunk offers a small 10.7 cubic feet of storage. 

• Recalls: As of mid-2025, no recalls have been issued for the 2024 CT4 model year by the NHTSA. However, a service update was issued in April 2024 for an issue with the inner tie rod nuts on some 2024 models. Older CT4s have faced recalls for transmission issues and faulty airbags.
• Ratings: Reliability ratings for the 2024 model year from sources like J.D. Power show a positive reception, but some reviewers mention that the interior materials feel less premium compared to competitors.
