- Refined Styling: The rugged X-Line and X-Pro trims receive gloss-black exterior accents, replacing the previous dark metallic trim.
- Upgraded Interior: The off-road-focused X-Line and X-Pro models get interior updates, including a standard 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and Terracotta-colored leather upholstery.
- Greater Capability: The X-Pro trims benefit from a 500-pound increase in towing capacity, bringing the total to 5,500 pounds. They also gain an extra 0.4 inches of ground clearance.
- New Hybrid Option: A hybrid powertrain option is expected to be introduced, combining the V6 engine with an electric motor for improved fuel efficiency.
- Engine: The standard powertrain is a 3.8L V6 engine that produces 291 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque.
- Transmission: Power is managed by an eight-speed automatic transmission.
- Drivetrain: Front-wheel drive (FWD) is standard on most trims, and all-wheel drive (AWD) is available as an option and is standard on X-Line and X-Pro models.
- Towing: Maximum towing capacity is 5,000 pounds for most trims, increasing to 5,500 pounds for the X-Pro trims.

- SX Prestige: The top-tier luxury trim offers Nappa leather upholstery, a head-up display, and heated and ventilated second-row seats.
- X-Line and X-Pro: These packages, available on EX and SX trims, feature standard AWD, increased ground clearance, and unique exterior styling. The X-Pro also adds all-terrain tires and enhanced towing capacity.

- Strong Value: The Telluride continues to offer a compelling package of features, space, and capability at a competitive price, making it a favorite in its class.
- Lack of Full Redesign: The 2025 model carries over many elements from the 2023 refresh, so it is not a complete redesign.
- Reliability: The 2024 model was an IIHS Top Safety Pick+, and the 2025 is expected to maintain its excellent safety ratings. A recall for door trim was issued for some 2025 models.
