- Raptor R: This new variant of the Raptor features a 700-horsepower supercharged 5.2-liter V8 engine, 37-inch tires, and Fox racing shocks.
- Rattler package: An off-road package available for the XL trim, the Rattler includes unique 18-inch wheels, a dual-exhaust system, a locking rear differential, and off-road shocks.
- Trim level standardization: Ford made several features previously restricted to option packages standard on the XL, XLT, Tremor, and Raptor trims.

: The F-150 came with either an 8-inch or 12-inch touchscreen with an intuitive interface and over-the-air update capability.
- BlueCruise: Ford’s hands-free highway driving system was available on the Limited trim and an option on others.
- Rear axle hub bolt: Recalls were issued for models with the Trailer Tow Max Duty package due to bolts that could fatigue and break, causing a potential rollaway risk.
- Parking brake wiring: A recall was issued for 2021-2023 models with a single exhaust system due to a wiring harness that could rub against the axle, potentially causing the parking brake to activate unexpectedly.
- Transmission bolt: Certain models equipped with automatic transmissions were recalled for a loose bolt that could prevent the transmission from engaging the park gear, posing a rollaway risk.
- Airbag deployment: Some F-150s were recalled for an issue with the passenger-side instrument panel cover that could prevent the airbag from deploying properly.
