- Portable & Convenient – Compact PDF files make storage and access simple from virtually any device.
- Dodge Caravan (Short Wheelbase): The standard 113.3-inch wheelbase model, offering easier parking and maneuverability but less cargo room behind the third row.
- Dodge Grand Caravan (Long Wheelbase): The extended 119.3-inch wheelbase model. This version was significantly more popular because it offered maximum cargo capacity and legroom.
- The Innovation: Both the second-row bucket seats and the third-row bench seat folded completely flat into hidden floor wells.
- The Result: Owners could instantly transform the minivan from a 7-passenger family hauler into a flat-bed cargo van without physically removing heavy, bulky seats from the vehicle.
- Bonus Storage: When the seats were upright, the under-floor wells acted as massive, hidden storage compartments.
- 2003: A factory-installed DVD entertainment system with wireless headphones became a widely selected luxury option for high-tier trims.
- 2004: Dodge offered a special 20th Anniversary Edition package to celebrate two decades of inventing the modern minivan, featuring unique chrome wheels and premium interior accents.
- 2005: Along with Stow ‘n Go, the lineup received a mid-cycle exterior refresh. This included a new crosshair front grille, updated headlights, and upgraded side-curtain airbags for better crash safety.
- 2006–2007: Production wound down with minor feature restructuring. Base models received more standard equipment as Dodge prepared to launch the completely boxier fifth-generation design for 2008.
- 2.4L 4-Cylinder: The base engine available only on short-wheelbase standard Caravans. It was widely considered underpowered for a heavy family vehicle.
- 3.3L V6: The most common and highly reliable workhorse engine, producing 180 horsepower. It was standard on most mid-tier trims and could run on E85 Flex-Fuel.
- 3.8L V6: The premium engine upgrade for Grand Caravan models, offering 200–215 horsepower and better torque for towing or passing on the highway.
