L: The entry-level trim, equipped with a 2.5L four-cylinder engine and standard front-wheel drive (FWD).
- LT: A mid-range trim available in three specifications—1LT, 2LT, and 3LT—that added features like a power-adjustable driver’s seat, rear privacy glass, and the availability of a V6 engine and all-wheel drive (AWD).

RS: The sportier version, featuring a standard 3.6L V6 engine, unique 20-inch wheels, a blacked-out grille, and a sport-tuned suspension.

Premier: The top-tier trim, offering luxury-oriented features such as chrome exterior accents, heated and ventilated front seats, and a Bose premium audio system.
- Standard (L, 1LT): A 2.5L four-cylinder engine with 193 horsepower and 188 lb-ft of torque.
- Optional (LT, RS, Premier): A 3.6L V6 engine that delivered 308 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque.
- Drivetrain: FWD was standard, while AWD was available on V6-equipped models.
- Towing Capacity: When properly equipped with the V6 and AWD, the 2019 Blazer could tow up to 4,500 pounds. FWD models could tow up to 1,500 pounds.
- Infotainment: All 2019 models came standard with an 8-inch touchscreen running the Chevrolet Infotainment 3 system, which included Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration. A 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot was also standard.
- Cabin Space: The Blazer offered a five-passenger interior with a spacious feel for front passengers. Cargo space measured 30.5 cubic feet behind the second row and expanded to 64.2 cubic feet with the rear seats folded.
- Comfort and Features: Higher trims offered available features such as wireless phone charging, a Bose audio system, built-in navigation, and heated and ventilated front seats.
- Standard: All models included an HD Rear Vision Camera and a Teen Driver system.
- Available: Optional features included Forward Automatic Braking, Forward Collision Alert, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and Lane Keep Assist.
