• Standard 2.0L Turbo I4

  : Standard on Luxury and Premium Luxury trims, it produces 235 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque.

• Available 3.6L V6

  : Standard on the Sport trim and optional on the Premium Luxury trim. This engine provides 310 horsepower and 271 lb-ft of torque.

• Drivetrain: Front-wheel drive is standard on the Luxury and Premium Luxury trims, with all-wheel drive available as an option. AWD is standard on the Sport trim. 

• Luxury (Base): Comes with standard features like an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, LED headlights, and heated front seats.
• Premium Luxury: Adds genuine leather seating, a panoramic sunroof, ambient interior lighting, and a hands-free power liftgate. It also includes a 14-speaker Bose sound system and navigation.
• Sport: Features the more powerful 3.6L V6, a performance-tuned adaptive suspension, Brembo brakes, and unique exterior styling with dark accents. 

• Exterior colors: Two new paint colors, Emerald Lake Metallic and Midnight Sky Metallic, were added to the lineup.
• Accent packages: Three new accent packages—Blue, Bronze, and Red—were available on the Sport trim, which include gloss-black wheels and unique exterior trim.
• Standard wheels: The Premium Luxury trim received new 20-inch standard wheels. 

• Driver’s front airbag: A recall was issued in May 2024 for a defective driver’s front airbag cushion that could tear during deployment.
• Instrument panel: Some 2023–2025 XT5 models were recalled because the instrument panel might not illuminate when the hazard, high beams, or turn signals were activated.
• Windshield sealant: Some 2024 XT5s were recalled for potentially missing the proper urethane sealant for the windshield, which could increase the risk of injury in a crash.
