- Luxury: The base trim includes a 10-inch HD touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless device charging, and the standard suite of Cadillac Smart System safety features.
- Premium Luxury: Adds genuine leather seating surfaces, ambient interior lighting, Adaptive Cruise Control, and the option for the more powerful twin-turbo V6 engine.
- Sport: Features a more aggressive exterior with a black mesh grille, a performance-focused interior with sport seats, and a standard performance steering wheel with paddle shifters.
- CT5-V: Adds the 360-hp twin-turbo V6 engine, Magnetic Ride Control adaptive suspension, and Brembo performance front brakes.
- CT5-V Blackwing: The range-topping trim features the supercharged V8, a standard 6-speed manual transmission, high-performance Brembo brakes, and a standard 12-inch digital gauge cluster.
- Super Cruise: Cadillac’s hands-free driver-assistance technology was available on the Premium Luxury, Sport, and V-Series trims.
- Interior technology: Standard features included a 10-inch infotainment screen, wireless connectivity for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and Amazon Alexa Built-In. A 12-inch digital gauge cluster was available on higher trims.
- Safety: The standard Cadillac Smart System included Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alert, and Lane Keep Assist.
- Interior space: While the CT5’s cabin is reasonably spacious in the front, some reviewers noted tight headroom for taller passengers in the rear and a small trunk with a narrow opening.
