L: The base model with a 2.5L four-cylinder engine and a standard 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

1LT: Adds satellite radio and a power-adjustable driver’s seat.

2LT: Comes standard with the 2.0L turbocharged engine. It also adds standard safety features like automatic emergency braking and forward-collision warning. All-wheel drive became an option on this trim for 2021.

3LT: Adds leather-appointed seats, heated front seats, and a power programmable liftgate.

RS: Features a sportier design with a standard 3.6L V6 engine and unique styling elements, such as 20-inch wheels and a blacked-out grille.

Premier: The top-of-the-line trim with chrome exterior accents and available features like ventilated front seats and a Bose audio system.
- Standard (L, 1LT): A 2.5L four-cylinder engine producing 193 horsepower and 188 lb-ft of torque.
- Standard (2LT, Premier) / Optional (3LT): A 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder with 227 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque.
- Standard (RS) / Optional (3LT): A 3.6L V6 delivering 308 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque.
- Drivetrain: Front-wheel drive was standard, with all-wheel drive available on the 2LT and higher trims. The RS model had an available twin-clutch all-wheel-drive system.
- Towing Capacity: When properly equipped with the V6 engine and the trailering package, the 2021 Blazer could tow up to 4,500 pounds.
- Infotainment: All trims came standard with an 8-inch touchscreen running the Chevrolet Infotainment 3 system, which included Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 4G Wi-Fi hotspot, and four USB ports. Higher trims offered navigation and an available eight-speaker Bose premium audio system.
- Interior Comfort and Space: The cabin offers seating for five, with plenty of front and rear legroom. Cargo space measures 30.5 cubic feet behind the second row and expands to 64.2 cubic feet with the rear seats folded.
- Interior Features: Upgrades on higher trims included leather upholstery, ambient interior lighting, and a hands-free power liftgate. The rear seats could slide and recline for added comfort or cargo versatility.
- Standard on 2LT and higher: For 2021, trims 2LT and above received additional standard safety features, such as Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alert, Lane Keep Assist, and IntelliBeam automatic high beams.
- Available: Optional safety features included Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and Rear Park Assist.
- Crash Ratings: The 2021 Blazer received a five-star overall safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
