Elevation: The base model, which came standard with rear-wheel drive and a 2-inch factory lift. It included an 11.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, an 8-inch digital driver information center, and 18-inch all-terrain tires.

AT4: This trim was equipped with a standard 4WD system, an automatic locking rear differential, and a 2-speed AutoTrac transfer case. It also included an Off-Road Performance Display and a drive mode selector with new off-road and terrain modes.

: The luxury-focused Denali came with exclusive features like 20-inch wheels, a larger digital gauge cluster, perforated leather seats with teak accents, and available wood trim.

AT4X: The most off-road capable trim, featuring a 3-inch factory lift, 17-inch wheels with 33-inch mud-terrain tires, and Multimatic DSSV spool-valve dampers. It also included front and rear electronic locking differentials and an exclusive Baja drive mode. A limited-run Edition 1 package for the AT4X added a winch, a light bar, and underbody cameras.
- Infotainment: All trims featured a new, standard 11.3-inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The system was integrated with Google built-in, including Google Maps and Google Assistant.
- Displays: A digital driver information center came standard, with an 8-inch display on Elevation and AT4 trims, and a larger 11-inch display on Denali and AT4X trims.
- Other features: Available features included a sunroof, a waterproof tailgate storage system, underbody cameras with integrated wash function (AT4X), and a 6.3-inch head-up display.
